**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for evaluating each step of the orders and shipment process. You should also maximize customer satisfaction at minimum cost. You should possess outstanding negotiation and communication skills to perform this role efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, create and manage logistics plans.
- Provide efficient transportation.
- Organize and manage storage and shipment solutions.
- Travel to the company’s warehouses and inventory outlets to assess and streamline operations.
- Analyze and optimize the company’s logistics processes.
- Ensure shipping methods comply with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
- Manage material acquisition, including raw materials.
- Regularly communicate with customers to understand their supply needs.
- Coordinate allocation of product for inventory to keep warehouse capacity at optimal levels.
- Coordinate shipments for delivery, including managing necessary personnel, to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Promptly resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise.
- Process freight claims and billing.
- Examine the supply chain process accurately.
- Register and maintain shipment data like space availability, charges, damages, and weight.
- Maintain cordial relationships with vendors, retailers, and customers.
- Resolve problems associated with transportation, import and export, customer problems, and logistics systems.
- Negotiate charges with suppliers and customers.
- Prepare and maintain supplies for shipping.
- Monitor the package and labels of products accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics department for shipment of materials.
- Supervise the orders and make adjustments to keep the stock levels sufficient.
- Identify shipping methods and routes for products to be shipped.
- Develop and implement policies, safety procedures, and risk management plans.
- Prepare and present reports to the logistics department and higher management.
- Ensure the orders are in compliance with regulations, policies, laws, and ISO requirements.
- Plan, implement and oversee supply chain operations
- Ensure all the assets and supplies are used efficiently
- Conduct and optimize IT logistics procedures
- Analyze data on a regular basis
- Identify process bottlenecks
- Suggest solutions for improvement
- Coordinate and train staff in the logistics department
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retailers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Determine and track KPIs
- Adhere to all relevant rules and regulations

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience working as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Administrator or a similar role.
- Strong working experience in Logistics software (ERP) such as SAP, NetSuite
- ERP, Sage Intacct, etc.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to understand customer requirements precisely.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Familiarity with relevant rules, regulations and standards
- Previous working experience as a Logistics Coordinator

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
