**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and long-term goals within the oil and gas sector.
- Lead the organization in identifying new market opportunities, expanding services, and diversifying revenue streams in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Take full responsibility for the company's financial health by establishing and monitoring financial targets, budgets, and forecasts.
- Implement cost-effective measures and ensure efficient resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee all operational aspects of oil and gas projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards in line with industry regulations.
- Streamline processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, minimizing operational downtime and enhancing asset utilization.
- Expand the company's client base and diversify project portfolios, including exploration, production, refining, and distribution.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with oil and gas operations, including regulatory compliance, geopolitical issues, and environmental risks.
- Implement strategies to prevent project delays, control costs, and resolve disputes effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, ensuring the company remains competitive and compliant.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 20+ years of experience in executive or leadership roles within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas project management, including safety, quality, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in restructuring organizations to align with strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budget oversight, P&L management, and financial forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning within the energy sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices within the oil and gas sector.
