**Supervisor/Manager**: Reports to the Business Development Manager / CEO

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s heavy equipment rental business in existing and new markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the construction, oil and gas, and infrastructure industries.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and develop long-term contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns for business development.
- Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate rental agreements, pricing structures, and terms with customers to maximize profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build the company’s brand and client base.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

**Skills & Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in business development is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the heavy equipment rental or construction industries.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies in the heavy equipment rental industry.
- Ability to prepare and present high-level proposals and business strategies.
