Our Completions business provides the specific infrastructure and well integrity solution needed to produce safely and efficiently for the life of assets.
We create improvements and efficiency through service delivery, remote operations, automation and advanced analytics.

As a Services Specialist - ARMO, you will be providing high-quality maintenance services to our customers at their field locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You will contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral part in our business.

As a Services Specialist - ARMO, you will be responsible for:

- Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information;
- Handling simple project processes. Detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge;
- Handling targeted clients - contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
- Segregating the tools repair requirement for external and internal machine shop.
- Coordinating with forklift and helpers for tools movements to machine shop for tools repair.
- Coordinating and book a truck with DHL for urgent request after duty working hours.
- Following up with engineers for modify / repair mechanical parts.
- Setting a repair plan with engineers and welding shop for mechanical parts.
- Conducting quarterly quality audit for internal and external machine shop.
- Following up daily with inspection team for any non-conformance or fail material in inspection.
- Reviewing the inspection result with QC team after repair.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a mechanical aptitude and proven experience in a mechanical/manufacturing environment within the oil & gas industry
- Have a good knowledge of SAP system is a preferred.
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and influence others
