As an Artificial Lift Services Specialist - Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul you will provide relevant documentation for the technological process. Working with leading-edge technology, you will ensure compliance for current processes.

As a Services Specialist - Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with team and manager to deliver solutions for complex problems.
- Translating and communicating work demands for direct reports, while maintaining work records and data analysis to suggest and improve overall KPIs.
- Initiating actions after action calls for business development, while working with direct management to determine cost efficient ways to perform.
- Ensuring all inventory supplies, hand tools and resources required to run activity are available.
- Resolving complaints, personal problems and escalate them to direct management if needed.
- Implementing QHSE policies and guiding the team to adhere to policies.
- Reviewing and witnessing material load and unload, while performing risk analysis.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Experience working in Maintenance of Artificial Lift equipment with at least 2 years of Artificial Lift field experience.
- Have 2+ years of experience in supervising a team.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering.
- Be able to work and communicate well with others.
