As part of our portfolio of works in the Kingdom and forecasted increase in a portfolio of projects, we are seeking a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) to join our team as Sustainability Engineer in the Kingdom. This is a site-based role (remote, KSA), where the resource will be deployed full-time on the project. As a LEED AP Sustainability Engineer, you will be working as an integral part of our project delivery team, delivering specialist inputs in developing, reviewing, and assisting client and proponents in LEED certifications of the project. The opportunity will allow you to work with Jacobs delivery team based in UAE and KSA, client offices, client’s internal stakeholders, project proponents, designers, and contractors.

As an LEED AP Sustainability Engineer you will support in identification, review, selection and establishment of sustainable design goals and targeted LEED credits with the client, proponent and design and construction teams, be responsible for all phases of LEED projects: design, construction and certification, daily supervision of the project’s design and construction stages: monitor and coordinate architectural, engineering and construction documentation, manage multiple LEED projects and prepare and/or assist in preparing LEED submission packages, including preparing and/or reviewing calculations, drawings, etc. to ensure each credit is properly documented, develop and manage project plans, LEED letter templates, status reports, budgets and timelines ensuring goals are met and issues are highlighted early in the process, assist with basic commissioning processes including developing Owner Project Requirements, Basis of Design Documents and other activities and, work with multi-disciplines team to collate and maintain evidence and registers.
