HRis Manager

**Overview**

The HRIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensuring its effective use to support HR operations. This role will involve managing HRIS projects, providing technical support, maintaining data integrity, and generating reports.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** HRIS Project Management**: Lead and coordinate HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- ** Technical Support**: Provide functional and technical support to HR staff and managers, resolving system issues and troubleshooting problems.
- ** Data Management**: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system, conducting regular audits and implementing data quality measures.
- ** Reporting and Analytics**: Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
- ** Leave Management**: Oversee the leave management process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- ** Employee Inquiries**: Respond to employee inquiries related to HRIS systems and processes.
- ** Employee Records and E-File**: Manage employee records and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- ** New Profile Enrollment**: Coordinate the enrollment of new employees into the HRIS system.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing HRIS projects and providing technical support.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
