**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Follow up on sales leads and referrals to generate new business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay informed.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
