Sales Account Manager

Job Overview:The **Sales Account Manager** is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and developing long-term relationships with merchants/clients. This includes generating new sales, managing existing accounts, and providing excellent client service and analysis. Identify and acquire new merchants to expand the company's client base and drive revenue growth.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts: This includes identifying and qualifying new prospects, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Generate new sales: This includes identifying new opportunities, developing, and executing sales strategies, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed acquisition targets and drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each merchant and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for market penetration.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to new merchants during the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth transition into the company's ecosystem.
- Managing existing accounts: This includes ensuring that merchants / clients are satisfied with our products and services, upselling and cross-selling, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Track and analyze sales performance: This includes tracking sales metrics, identifying trends, and reporting to management on sales performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales performance, forecast trends, and implement improvements in the acquisition process.
