The Office Administrator/Facilities associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the company's employees and management. This includes a variety of tasks, such as:

- Ordering office supplies.
- Organizing the space and directing employees to their proper assigned location.
- Coordinating with HR on new hires and allocating the required office space.
- Supporting HR in onboarding experience of new hires.
- Handling food & beverage supply.
- Collecting requirements and ordering meals when needed.
- Maintaining inventory levels.
- Having a good idea for tidiness/cleanliness of the office.
- Directing janitorial staff where needed.
- Coordinating with the facilities management to ensure that the office is clean, well-maintained, and safe.
- Always maintaining a strict time attendance at the office.

**Qulification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
