**Position Objectives**:
Create, refine and proofreading technical documents that convey accurate & engaging content to professionally present projects deliverables in both Arabic and English, and create technical reports and presentations.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the project and the documentation requirements.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
Coordinate with all stakeholders including Program Management, project managers, IT, Engineering and field assurance team and examines documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data and makes changes as needed.
Edit documentation for clarity without changing key information.
Ensure images, tables and charts in documents are precise and properly aligned using knowledge of layout principles.
Ensure that corporate and departmental verbal and visual styles are followed.
Examines existing content to develop and improve content strategy.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Construction Management.
Minimum 3+ years of professional work experience in the Construction Industry as a technical content writer to produce high-quality documentation.
Possesses excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic.
Certificate in Professional Writing, Communications, or equivalent job-related experience.
Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
Capable of creating original content using available resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Experience in utilizing infographics to communicate workflow processes and abstract topics.
A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results.
Demonstrates excellent grammar, spelling, syntax, and punctuation skills in Arabic and English.
Demonstrates proper formatting, proofreading, and editing skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work quickly, and efficiently, and multitask.
