- First Point Group is working with a leading IT company based in the Middle East and is supporting them in their search for a Regional Sales Manager in Riyadh, KSA.
- Job Purpose:

- 1. Responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales people in the organization.
- 2. Set sales goals, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories and mentor the members of the sales team.
- 3. Maintenance of partner and vendor relationship.
- Main responsibilities:

- 1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients/ partners through regular engagement like sales workshops, seminars
- 2. Addressing partner concerns as priority and ensuring customer satisfaction
- 3. Identify and develop new market/ services/ products for growth and increasing the profitability of business
- 4. Strategize, define and implement regional sales plan for short and long-term objectives
- Main Requirements:

- 1. 5-6 years retail sales experience (Looking for somebody who has experience of working with the likes of LULU & Carrefour in DXB but in KSA)
- 2. Good exposure into the Saudi Market
- 3. Good experience in managing people, IT, Telco products
