**Responsibilities**
- Forecast and plan production outcomes and revenues for the annual targets, and properly manage the facilities and the production processes, in order to achieve planned production in line with the agreed metrics and quality.
- Oversee the execution of the production plan and take corrective actions promptly to meet production demand.
- Oversee the forecasting of resource needs for production, especially during peak seasons, and always set plans to meet resource requirements in order to meet market demand.
- Suggest improvement projects for manufacturing processes to improve process reliability through analyzing current process parameters and ensure maximum utilization and mínimal waste of manufacturing.
- Develop maintenance schedules and standards and ensure the execution of these plans in order to achieve the set objectives of process reliability and production quantity and quality.
- Coordinate machinery periodic checks, in coordination with the maintenance team, and troubleshoot machinery breakdowns to assess maintenance requirements and external services to ensure the continuity of the production process.
- Ensure the availability of equipment and spare parts inventory to ensure quick recovery for machinery and utility breakdowns, to minimize downtime and production losses.
- Monitor machinery and equipment operations by analyzing and reviewing the machines' operating procedures to develop and implement improvement strategies to ensure maximizing manufacturing capability and equipment effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the HSE team to take a proactive approach in manufacturing safety management through training and reinforcement of safety methods and tools, in order to minimize production incidents and maintain employees' health and safety.
- Ensure sourcing, assessing, and selecting reliable suppliers for raw material, in order to maintain the sustainability of production and uphold products' quality.
- Review the consumption rate and flow of raw material, consumables, equipment, and packaging material to ensure minimizing wasted material and optimize production costs.
- Oversee the analysis of business data related to stock and ensure the adequate quantity through collaboration with respective department, in order to ensure the distribution of products across company channels.
- Review transportation costs and routes, warehousing of inbound and outbound products and distribution methods, in order to enhance the process and ensure a cost-effective operation for the warehouses.

**Other Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or any related field.
