Procurement Coordinator

**EDUCATION**
- High school with a diploma or certificate in Inventory/Supply Chain would be advantageous

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Knowledge and understanding of Inventory Management, principles and terminology.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, technical writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise and use sound business judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure
- Effective communication skills, with ability to deliver presentations and communicate issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation and superior organization skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with progressing responsibility in Inventory/Ware House Management.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Coordinate movement from the storage areas in the ware house to the point of delivery.
- Monitor and assist loading and unloading of merchandise
- Perform deliverables of Project warehousing Operations and task assigned by Warehousing Supervisor
- Compile work orders and ensure appropriate compliance.
- Conduct physical inventories to determine losses and identify stocks for shipment
- Perform cycle stock taking to reconcile stock with ERP system.
- Direct the work of warehouse personnel and oversee all associated activities.
- Coordinate with departments are stakeholders with inventory like Procurement and Logistic closely.
- Manage Storekeepers, Warehouse Forman and Forklift Operators.
- Communicate with Hire Desk and Site Operations to co-ordinate deliveries and collections between Projects and Depot to ensure that all items are delivered/ collected to and from site.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to direct the operations of the warehouse
- Ensure all Inventory records are up-to-date in the ERP system.
- Make sure the receiving and issuance of material must be in compliance of company procedure.
- Follow system and procedure to ensure health and safety.
- Proactively investigate and report warehouse operational discrepancies.
- Keep the store and yard area tidy and organize.
