This programme is designed to amplify skills of the future and develop the next generation of leaders in the commercial space, equipping you with the skills and experiences needed to excel in a dynamic healthcare environment.

**What will you do?**
- **Marketing Rotation**: Develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends.
- ** Breadth Roles Rotation**: Work in areas like Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel, Digital, Insights & Analytics, Consumer Marketing Insights, Experience Journey for HCPs, Life Cycle Innovation, New Assets Launch Excellence, Pricing & Market Access, and Competitive Brand Strategy.
