- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to inform decision-making.
- Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
