- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals; monitor performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Conduct research to identify trends and preferences, making data-driven decisions.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of real estate projects, effectively communicating their unique features.
- Streamline sales processes, implementing best practices and automation tools.
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Partner with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotional events.
- Generate reports and metrics for ongoing performance evaluation and improvement.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results.
