As a lead consultant, you will consult on and implement solutions based on Gallup’s workplace research. You will be an adviser to leaders of medium

**What you need**:

- You must be a Saudi National
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- At least three years of experience with a master’s degree or five years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in paid professional work in any of the following areas: management consulting or human capital consulting, talent acquisition, or entrepreneurship required
- Ability to travel to work on-site at client locations up to 70% of the time required
- Track record of successfully leading projects that resulted in impact on outcomes and growth for client accounts required
- Full fluency in verbal and written Arabic and English required
