- Assist in implementing practical tools to support project deployment and on-going activation.

2- Provider Process Efficiency.
- Accountable for high quality Process Optimization and Instrumentation of all facets concept through design to release and into execution

3- Reporting & Documentation.
- Develop and maintain documentation on Bupa initiatives ie systems integration (Nphies, DHS, Direct).
- Measure and report program results, while iterating on program changes to optimize results

4- Internal and external Communication;

5- Project support;
- Support manager during project implementation by providing logístical and planning support
