Assist in managing, directing, and monitoring the overall performance organisation with a special focus on the logistic department.

Develop and provide directions and guidance to the day-to-day operatsetting as an example of commitment, organisation and process experethics and habits and personal character.

Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, trips for internclients and according to the project needs, extreme lining processes tocustomer service.

Support the direct manager, developing organization plans to achieve attending, scheduling, and coordinating meetings as necessary.

Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implemeimprovements.

Subject to agreed criteria, manage performance, development, coachisupport of all team members to ensure targets are met.

Reporting (content and format as agreed) as required.

Participate in the development and preparation of the strategy and genplanning of the organisation with a special focus in logistics.

Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accounreview.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects.

Maintain accurate records using resources and controlling expenses tobudgetary controls & adhere to all organisation policies and procedure

Performs other related duties as assigned.
