We have a unique opportunity for a **Nursing Supervisor** in a cardiac referral center in Saudi Arabia. The hospital provides high-acuity tertiary-care cardiac services for both adult and pediatric patients, including congenital heart diseases; cardiac catheterization lab; and heart transplants.

**Job Summary**:
The Ministry of Defence Health Services (MODHS) is undergoing a healthcare service transformation, with the goal being to position MODHS as the best healthcare provider in the country. In Nursing this will be achieved primarily through the adoption of Magnet principles. The Nursing Supervisor will help drive and deliver required changes in collaboration with other disciplines and stakeholders.

Responsible for Nursing Administration’s clinical and administrative operations to support the department’s nursing leadership team in the overall operations of nursing service within the facility, specifically meeting targets/deliverables under their authority and/or delegated/assigned.

Provides leadership, managerial and clinical expertise link between the Nursing Administration’s executive and senior nursing leadership team. The Nursing Supervisor represents the Director of Nursing after regular office hours/weekends, in the absence of any other nursing leadership in the organization.

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (western standard), Master's Degree preferred
- Current licensure (RN) with a nursing governing body from the employee’s country of origin.- BLS certification
- Minimum five (5) years progressive recent nursing experience, including 2+ years nursing leadership/management experience.
- Active participation in or have co-led/led an improvement project or initiative.
- Participation in accreditation processes as a nurse leader (e.g. JCI, CBAHI)
- Magnet journey experience preferred

- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate accordingly.
- Facilitates team building.
- Enhances commitment, efficiency, productivity and team success.
- Works in a timely manner while meeting deadlines.
