**JOB SUMMARY**

Plays a key role in the development of the financial planning and analysis function, provides a complete finance and business partnering function for all budget holders and senior management. The role will require to partner with the business, ensuring high quality provision of a range of up-to-date and relevant financial management information, insightful analysis and advice.Analyzing current and past financial dataLooking at current financial performance and identifying trends

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Business Partnering**
- Work with budget holders to ensure their performance against budget is understood and they remain up-to-date with current performance information. Gain insight from budget holders to inform future financial projections and to provide directorate and organizational-level performance analysis and reporting.
- Take a primary role in developing financial models and relevant analytics for various business units and increasing productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
- Promote financial awareness and better use of financial expertise across the business and support budget holders in understanding the importance of financial management.
- Provide tailored ad hoc financial analysis and advice to support the business as it strives to improve its processes and manage its costs.

**Management Accounts**
- Play a key role in the management accounts production and ensure they accurately reflect the financial position of the organization.
- Prepare and post monthly accruals and adjustments if required and to review and distribute management accounts to budget holders.
- Draft and distribute analytical reports to budget holders and other relevant key stakeholders.Provide financial information and analysis to Executive and the senior management team to aid decision making including margin analysis, and customer and assessments segmentation.

**Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting**Support the production and review of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast cycle, supporting budget holders and management across the organization to deliver the annual budget on time and to the required standard.Provide a leading role in the forecasting process, ensuring latest forecast reflects the most current view of future financial performance. Develop and improve income projection models as part of budget and business planning cycles.

**Salary**: ﷼9,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
