Operate and support IPX system and responsible for the below tasks:

- Migrating all carriers and traffic flows (VOIP-VOIP, VOIP-TDM, & TDM-VOIP)
- Configuration
- Testing
- Verifying & Reporting
- Monitoring Faults, STM1 connections, VOIP Traffic, device performance, & service performance on the below devices:

- Media Gateways: Genband C3/G9,
- TITAN CRE for routing, billing credit control
- SBC  Genband Q21, Q50, Gen-view One-EMS, & Gen-view Analytic
- Cisco Nexus for data connectivity
- Receiving and handling customer complaints and opening customer care tickets
- Taking the proper action to restore the service as soon as possible
- Trying to set the final solution or escalating to TAC
- Service reporting to STC governors (Daily, Weekly, & monthly)
- Managing Field Engineers to fix physical problems and to do daily environmental check

**Personal Skills**:

- Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
- Good English
- Good Communication skills.

**Technical Skills**:

- 2 years or more experience in SIP products.
- VoIP certificates, are preferred.
- Good knowledge of VOIP signaling protocols.
- Good knowledge of SIP protocol communications.
- Ribbon (Genband) product (SBC, Gateways, soft switches) knowledge, preferred.
- Good knowledge of the implementation and troubleshooting of network systems.
- Welling to learn new technologies.

**Education**:
MS / BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering
