As a key member of our team, you will support various project teams through your advanced scheduling techniques and management capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive portfolio schedules for multiple projects
- Integrate project schedules into a master portfolio schedule to facilitate overall project tracking
- Conduct thorough schedule risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of project plans and schedules
- Manage the identification of dependencies and milestones across projects
- Review and analyze schedule submissions from project teams and contractors
- Provide mentorship and guidance on scheduling best practices to junior staff
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to scheduling efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in project scheduling, with a significant focus on portfolio management
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar
- Solid understanding of Earned Value Management principles
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff is a plus
