**Job Summary**:
The Planning and Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed project plans, accurately estimating costs, and controlling ongoing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project execution and achieve company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for upcoming demolition and decommissioning projects.
- Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and identify critical path activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary project information.
- **Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
- Utilize industry-standard estimation software and methodologies.
- Update and maintain cost databases for accuracy and consistency.
- **Project Control**:

- Monitor ongoing projects to track progress against plans and budgets.
- Identify variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including cost and schedule performance.
- **Risk Management**:

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Present findings and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all planning and execution activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility on all projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and estimation within the construction or demolition industry.
- Knowledge of industrial, energy, oil and gas standards and regulations.
- Proficient in project management and estimation software as well as required engineering tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of demolition and decommissioning processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with KSA market.
- Project Management Certification is a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
