**The main responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Responsible for collecting and collating all information required to prepare the proposal.
- Propose the most economical technical solutions to customer requirements, and prepare complete material costing, sales price, and technical documentation as per the tender requirements.
- Manage the preparation of all technical, financial, and if necessary, project management aspects of the Bids or quotations indicating prices and trading conditions.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs.
- Provide technical support to the sales team for technical clarification.
- Review or finalize the order technically and commercially in coordination with the sales engineer.
- Identify potential risks in bids and any related contract agreements across customers.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of ongoing bids and proposal activities.

**To be successful you will need to meet the following**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.**:

- **Minimum 2+ years of experience in tendering.**:

- Technical background of High Voltage Gas-Insulated Switchgear.
- Sound knowledge of AutoCAD Tool.
- Ability to read and interpret engineered plans and specifications.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.**:
