**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Operational Oversight**:
- Manage daily operations to ensure all departments (programming, marketing, accounting, etc.) function efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor KPIs for operational performance and suggest improvements.
2. **Strategic Support**:
- Collaborate with the CEO/General Manager to execute the company’s vision and mission.
- Assist in developing strategies to reduce reliance on third-party services and achieve self-sufficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability for daughter companies.
3. **Team Leadership**:
- Supervise department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment among employees.
- Identify and mentor high-potential talent for future leadership roles.
4. **Budget and Resource Management**:
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency across shared services.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring adherence to cost-saving measures.
5. **Problem Solving**:
- Address operational bottlenecks promptly and propose effective solutions.
- Anticipate challenges and mitigate risks related to day-to-day operations.
6. **Growth and Development**:
- Commit to professional development by acquiring skills and knowledge relevant to the role and industry.
- Prepare for the transition to a General Manager role through training, experience, and mentorship.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in operations management, business management, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in operational systems, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
- Effective communication and team-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
