**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tour Management**: Lead individual and group tours, providing engaging and informative commentary about destinations, landmarks, and cultural highlights.
- **Itinerary Execution**: Follow pre-planned tour itineraries, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with clients, answer their questions, and address any concerns to ensure a memorable experience.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate transportation, ticketing, and other logistics to ensure seamless tour operations.
- **Cultural Interpretation**: Share historical, cultural, and local insights to enhance clients’ understanding of the region.
- **Safety Assurance**: Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants during excursions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients to improve future tours and maintain high service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of Riyadh’s landmarks, history, and cultural sites is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities in English (Arabic proficiency is highly desirable).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle diverse groups and adapt to varying client needs.
