**Role Overview**:
As the **Operational Real Estate Advisor** at Dary, you will be the strategic guide, helping us shape the future of real estate in KSA. Your expertise will be instrumental in validating our approach to property transactions, ensuring compliance with local laws, and helping us stand out in a competitive market. You will play a critical advisory role, influencing the operational setup of the platform and ensuring that it delivers a streamlined and trustworthy experience.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, who can independently offer insights and solutions that guide the startup's strategic direction. With the potential to transition into a co-founding position, you will help lead the company as we address market pain points and disrupt traditional real estate practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Advisory**: Provide in-depth operational advice on real estate processes, helping to develop a platform that addresses market challenges and pain points.
- **Market Differentiation**: Guide the company on how to stand out from competitors through innovative technology integrations (e.g., 3D virtual tours, smart locks, property & buyer matching) and improved operational practices.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure that the platform operates within the legal frameworks of the KSA real estate market, providing insights on local regulations and compliance needs.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Advise on how to streamline the property buying and selling processes, with a focus on improving customer experience and trust in digital property platforms.
- **Independent Contribution**: Operate autonomously, delivering expert recommendations and guiding the team step-by-step through operational improvements.
- **Networking & Partnerships**: Leverage your established network to form strategic partnerships and position Dary as a leader in the real estate tech space in Saudi Arabia.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Expertise in Saudi Real Estate**: Comprehensive knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and the operational landscape.
- **Experience in Saudi Real Estate Marketing**: Ideally former or current experience in a real estate agency or in marketing properties to buyers and renters.
- **Advisory & Operational Experience**: Proven experience guiding real estate operations with a focus on innovation, process optimization, and technology adoption.
- **Self-Starter**: Able to work independently as a single contributor, proactively offering solutions and guidance without needing continuous direction.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of local property buyer and seller behavior as well as real estate trends in KSA and the ability to position Dary ahead of competitors.
- **Strong Network**: Established connections in the Saudi real estate sector, with the ability to engage stakeholders and partners effectively, especially in the agency, owner and developer community.
- **Legal Acumen**: Knowledge of the regulatory framework governing real estate in KSA, ensuring all platform operations comply with local laws.
- **Arabic Speaker**:There is a strong preference for a KSA National.
