Currently, we are on the lookout for a communication Specialist in Saudi Arabia that can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.
**Requirements**:

- Identify opportunities to promote the center and represent it positively through internal and external communication
- Identify potential partners based on business needs, goals, and existing partnerships
- Negotiating the terms of partnership contracts to ensure that each party fulfills its obligations and benefits from the partnership
- Building internal and external communication plans that define the purpose, audience, messages, communication channels, and how messages are distributed
- Building internal and external communication templates
- Drafting and submitting proposals for communications projects to management
- Maintain high quality brand awareness and align activities and messages with the Digital Government Authority's central marketing team to promote the center services through campaigns and awareness messages
- Manage research on new approaches and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of major events and changes in the center (eg launch new services, special events, and other topics of interest).
- Reviewing and approving the content creation of awareness campaigns, to ensure the consistency of the center's identity
- Review and approve copyright content (such as research papers, monographs, and publications) obtained from the consulting department and studies
- ** Professional skills**:

- 3-5 years experience in communication/media relations or similar roles.
- Excellent understanding of social media and the ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with stakeholder management methods and methods, communication guidelines, measurement tools, and techniques
- Ability to use this knowledge to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, to ensure timely and effective completion of work in the field, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- ** Personal skills**:

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders and business contacts
- ** Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or any related field
- Master's degree holders are preferred
- ** Language proficiency**:

- Arabic (mother tongue, or language proficiency in the work environment)
- English (language proficiency in the work environment
