**Job Summary**

The Production Manager plays a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing processes to meet organizational goals. This position oversees the entire production cycle, from raw material procurement to final product delivery. The Production Manager collaborates with various departments to optimize productivity, minimize costs, and maintain production quality

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Plan and execute production operations and schedule.

2. Manage all production activities from inception to delivery and installation onsite.

3. Optimize production operations in the key areas of quality, service, and cost.

4. Ensure operational safety measures and procedures to avoid unexpected incidents and hazards.

5. Coordinate with the store in-charge to maintain inventory of electrical, paint & wooden

materials, etc. and ensure production stocks are readily and continuously available.

6. Manage a team of more than forty (40) consisting of carpenters, painters, electricians, and

helpers and maintain the balance of workers in all departments.

7. Motivate and support a team environment and routinely review the performance of his

subordinates.

8. Develop and implement systems to promote improvement in production / operational

processes.

9. Any other task assigned by management.

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE**

1. Proven experience as a Production Manager, preferably in the Events and Exhibitions Industry.

2. In-depth understanding of production principles, production processes, and industry-specific technologies.

3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to optimize production

workflows and address challenges.

4. Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control measures, and best practices in the

production industry.

5. Proven ability to lead and inspire production teams, fostering a positive and productive work
