Head of Factory

**A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking the Head of Factory who will be heading our new GIS Factory KSA, with business volume around 100 million USD, company size around 50 employees, Reporting to the head of SGC. You will develop and lead highly engaged teams by providing strategic vision and leadership to implement new and ongoing projects and drive growth for the expanding market in Saudi Arabia.

You will have corporate responsibilities for several functions and Business activities for the GIS Factory in KSA. You will lead the organization to obtain optimal result in terms of profit, growth, and process optimization, through the best use of human resources, technical and financial means. In addition, you will determine & align the strategic direction with the cluster and region for the GIS Factory KSA.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Provide strategic leadership and foster high level performance in the delivery of Switchgear solutions.
- Manage the overall Profit & Loss responsibility for the factory.
- Customization, implement, and continuously monitor organizational growth plans to increase revenue, market share, and profit margins.
- Coordinate and lead between the region and cluster to achieve the agreed financial business targets. This will include drawing up and agreeing Business Target Agreements (BTAs) for the local Business Units and New order planning in compliance with the business regulations.
- Develop strategy for the factory in Saudi Arabia, aligned with the region and the cluster to ensure implementation.
- Show expert knowledge of the product portfolio and full understanding of the market, customer needs, partner activity and use this knowledge to forecast realistic sales/marketing activities to achieve business targets; while ensuring the quality of market data and trends.
- Present consistent, realistic, and clear monthly planning and balancing is a must.
- Assess and develop the competencies, especially for your team, and ensure active employee engagement through development, training, and in-house initiatives.
- Provide leadership that aligns and challenges the workforce, encourage loyalty and promote fulfillment of the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance and business conduct guidelines, and other business processes throughout the organization, while represents the business in relationships with local, state and federal governing agencies.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in complex project business, such as complete systems or similar.
- More than 5 years of management experiences with high level of social and leadership skills.
- Experience in using the matrix organization well to further develop the business.
- Successfully worked for more than 3 years internationally with responsibility for employees, project business, processes. In addition to working successfully with people of other cultures.
- Good knowledge of business portfolio, specifically for Gas Insulated Switchgears, Siemens Energy and a good overview of market and manufacturing (including price situation) and future trends in the relevant market sector.
- Knowledge of global business management, e.g. regarding planning, financing, terms and conditions, project management, Operation Management, etc.
- Professional experience in different function (e.g. Sales, PM, Production and Engineering etc.)
- Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus
- Professional Communication skills in English AND Arabic
