**Job Summary**:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator under the general guidance and supervision of the DOSM / DOS, and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, overseas & coordinates overall tasks in the Sales & Marketing Department.

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, we rely on you to,

Maintains the highest standards of professionalism and compliance of established guidelines and standards related to the hotel.
Fully complies with the dress code and grooming standards and business etiquette as required by the hotel.
Maintains a cohesive working relationship with Sales & Marketing team, and other operating departments of the hotel.
To design easy-to-read format for various report as instructed by DOS/DOBD/SMs
To constantly check filing / tracing system and give advice for improvement.
To handle routine monthly / quarterly due activities and ensure the completion i.e., Hit list update, target review etc.
Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by DOS/DOBD.

**What we are Looking For**:
At least 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
