**Job Summary**:
As a Branch Manager at our Travel and Tourism company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and managing a team of dedicated professionals. Your role will involve strategic planning, financial management, staff development, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales activities, customer service, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and branch profitability.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify business opportunities in the local market and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

**Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to identify areas for improvement and revenue growth.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize branch profitability while maintaining service quality.

**Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service throughout their interactions with the branch.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Implement service quality initiatives and standards to enhance overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the travel and tourism industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound financial management and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
- Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in the travel industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
