**Institution Medical Representative**

**Job Purpose**
To enable us to deliver this ambition, the Company strategy includes bringing our medicines to more patients and building an efficient, agile and sustainable business. Achieving fast and broad market access. It is increasingly recognized that an enterprise approach, involving technical and functional experts from across the business.
Establishes relationships and builds network with Costumers in Government & Institutions.
Collaborates across the organization to deliver business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify environment and market insights by monitoring and maintaining a relevant knowledge of local pricing, reimbursement and access policies, systems, processes and decisions.
- Review and consolidate information on payer customer need to support the development of actionable insight used to inform local market access and pricing strategies and plans
- launch excellence and business planning
- Market Access, Health Outcomes or Key Account Management experience
- Good understanding of the local healthcare system & key stakeholders/influencers involved in pricing and access decisions.
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs and professional organizations
- KOL engagement, key account medical support, training and other appropriate activities
- Facilitate scientific engagement, scientific exchange and medical information
- Provide Disease State Education, clinical presentations and respond to medical requests
- Support the development, implementation, and completion of medical activities (advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital meetings and speaker programs)
- Understanding of the pricing, reimbursement and access process and requirements, practical experience would be an advantage
- Customer facing experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks both internally and externally
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker and solution-focused
- Performance focused

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in KOL, HCP or medical community engagement
- Experience in public scientific presentations and experience in planning and delivering medical trainings
- Experience gained in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of the healthcare compliance requirements locally
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Arabic and English

**Educational qualifications**:

- University degree in Medical or Life Science Field (e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology/ Biochemistry)
- Bachelor’s degree, Pharmacist.
- Minimum 2 years field experience (Government & Institutions)
- This position is for Saudi Nationals only

**Experience**:

- Medical Degree: 2 years (preferred)
