**What You'll Do**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day
- management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory
- compliance
- Administer and manage end-to-end required government platforms, GOSI,
- Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, Taqat, and other related govt portals
- Be the HR Function focal point of contact to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HRBP to develop solutions, programs, and initiatives
- Partner with several recruitment and manpower agencies with the objective to source and onboard required talents on time and in line with budgets.
- Drive multiple people activities and engage in staff celebrations, driving and empowering Kitopi’s values and culture
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Oversee daily HR operation activities related to leave management, hiring, staff induction, onboarding, and offboarding
- Coach Employee Relations Associate in staff induction, onboarding, offboarding and basic staff records management

**What Are We Looking For**:

- Ready to roll-up sleeves and get hands-on the different areas on HR
- Active, caring, and enjoy being on the ground with staff
- Love being on edge and working at a fast-paced environment that’s growing
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a People Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or a similar job position
- Strong understanding and knowledge of employee policies and the KSA lawsand govt platforms
- Able to multitask and handle tasks according to priorities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good counseling abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly Excel
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Able to lead and motivate the team
- Able to maintain sensitive and confidential information
