**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the company's food and beverages division's strategic plans, including establishing short-term and long-term goals, objectives, and initiatives.
- Lead and manage the food and beverages division, including overseeing various production, supply chain, marketing, sales, and distribution functions.
- Foster a strong company culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and accountability across the food and beverages division.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry professionals.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to make informed business decisions and ensure the sustainability and growth of the food and beverages division.
- Collaborate with other executives to align the food and beverages division's goals with the overall company's strategy.
- Monitor industry and competitive landscape to stay updated on emerging trends, technological advancements, and best practices.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing process improvements, streamlining operations, and optimizing resources.
- Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company's customer base.
- Monitor financial performance, create budgets, and report key financial indicators to the executive team and the board of directors.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in related fields.
- 15 years and over of related work experience with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
- Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
