- The HR Senior Manager plays a key role in leading and overseeing the human resources activities of the organization. This individual is responsible for managing HR staff, developing HR policies, and driving initiatives that support the company's overall strategic goals.

- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Leading and managing the HR team, providing guidance and direction on HR-related matters.
- 2. Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- 3. Overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- 4. Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- 5. Implementing and managing compensation and benefits programs, analyzing market trends and ensuring competitive offerings.
- 6. Leading organizational development efforts, including succession planning, training, and performance management processes.
- 7. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
