**Family Description**

Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.

**Subfamily Description**

Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee programme (only for the duration of the programme). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.

**The team you’ll be part of**

As an intern at Nokia, you will join a team who leads a business-driven people strategy and offers services to support Nokia employees and interns.

You will gain insights from different Business Groups at Nokia and, explore Mobile Networks evolution, Fixed access, Transport, Core and Cloud Solutions and get experience from group projects. Benefit from mentorship, career path guidance, and an inclusive corporate culture experience that empowers your early career success.

**Selection process**:
**What you will learn and contribute to**:

- Gain insights dealing with different Business Groups (BGs) inside Nokia
- Learn about the evolution of Mobile Networks, including **GSM, LTE, 5G and 5G-Advanced **.
- Explore cutting-edge technologies like, **Machine Learning **, **Artificial Intelligence **, and **Telco **Cloud.**:

- Develop practical skills in **Fixed, Transport and Core **Network Technologies**:

- Networking with Nokia experts in different technologies tracks throughout the whole program.
- Opportunity to become a Nokia employee when open positions are availed.

You have:

- 3 rd or 4 th grade university student or fresh graduated in 2024
- Majors in preference order**:Telecommunication Engineering **, **Computer or Electrical Engineering**:

- Strong command of **English **language
- Highly motivated and passionate about the program
- Strong interest in **Telecommunications **, **Technology **, and **Innovation **domains
- **Strong interpersonal skills**:

- High level of **commitment **and **availability **during the internship set dates
- Fair technical knowledge in **Telecommunications **networks
