**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Monitor team activities and tasks by Creating and following Policy and Process.
- Design and implement Mapping and Routing to ensure maximum delivery with minimum time.
- Exporting data and creating performance reports of Delivery Associated daily.
- Follow up with team to maintain KPI.
- Ensure daily stock scanning is done.
- Ensuring RTO closure 100%.
- Acknowledgment upon receiving of fresh load.
- Handled Delivery Associated & maintained delivery performance up to 100%.
- Ensuring Delivery Associated uniform & cleanliness compliance being followed.
- Handling Crowd and maintain hygiene according to health ministry standard.
- Ensure to reply to all Customer Service Complaints related to Logistic Operation daily.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
- Closely monitor all deliveries of products / shipments.
- To produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education &experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience with at least 2 years at supervisor level.
