Working as **Junior**Web Administrator** will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing our e-commerce platform and website to ensure an excellent user experience.

**key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure the website is up-to-date, functional, and visually appealing.
- Upload and update product information, descriptions, pricing, and images using the Content Management System (CMS).
- Regularly check website performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve rankings and visibility.
- Manage online inventory, product categories, and promotional campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with customer support to resolve user-reported technical issues.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and generate performance reports.
- Work closely with marketing, IT, and design teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

**knowledge, Skills, Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, IT, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
- +1 year of experience in web administration, e-commerce management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or Magento).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 & Web analytics tags.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with** SEO**best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
