Looking for a **Depot Equipment Supervisor** to work in **Riyadh**, Saudi Arabia**.**

Qualifications and experience required:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in an engineering/Science related field from an accredited college or university.
- Five years of (full-time equivalent) verifiable experience in the analysis of maintenancesystemand equipment operational performance and reliability of rolling stock infrastructure.
- Experience of working with designated discipline assets and knowledge of equipment maintenance plans.
- Root Cause Analysis processes and problem-solving techniques.
- Principles and practices of statistical record keeping and reporting.
- Preparing a variety of technical and analytical reports.
- Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to obtain the highest efficiency from assigned staffing.
- Ability to perform on-call duties as per agreed roster.
- Good command of CMMS software (SAP, Maximo or similar).
- Experience in the scheduling maintenance activities.
- Ability to foster a Safety culture among staff as per HSE guidelines/procedures to promote a zero tolerance on accidents/incidents at work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides leadership, direction, and supervision over activities in the designated Discipline.
- Maintains oversight of Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and condition based.
- Maintenance (CBM) procedures by developing engineering type solutions to repetitive failures and other maintenance related problems.
- Evaluates, develops, and manages preventive, corrective and overhaul programs for all subsystem under his responsibility and support equipment. Provides recommendations and assists in the development of corrective actions to be taken to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensures that responsible personnel are trained in the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance
- Program and effective implementation of contingency plans in the event of an emergency.
- Analyse fault histories to identify specific repetitive failures and create a plan to address these failures.
- Prepares and presents oral and/or written reports/recommendations to the O&M
- Management, as directed by the Maintenance Manager prepares periodic reports to
- determine possible problem, trends, or other items of concern to be brought to the
- Management attention including RCA and FRACAS reports.
- Manages the resources assigned to the Office to optimize utilization of all resources, including personnel and non-personnel.
- Identifies training needs for all personnel within car maintenance and coordinates the implementation of effective training programs for all functions within the Office.
- Coordination with other system supervisor's in solving a complex and repetitive failures.
- Liaise and supervise relevant sub-supplier's staff and timely communicating with maintenance Manager where Supplier intervention is required to ensure assets remain fully available to internal stakeholders.

- Perform related duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
- Upholding maintenance compliance as per KPIs, ensuring discipline assets are timelymaintain as per plan to minimize failures and meet reliability targets.
- Managing and arranging for the timely calibration and or inspection of all applicable special tools and equipment and availability of calibration certificates as and when required.
- Liaising with Engineering, ensuring the configuration of all equipment all equipment isrecorded maintained up to date.
- Implementing a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance delivery
- Ensuring all stakeholders and relevant departments are timely informed of any changes in asset configuration and any such changes that may affect their department.
- Managing staff vacations to ensure business continuity.
- Preparing training rosters & schedules as requested by the Maintenance Manager in consultation with the Training Manager.
- Conducting on site assessments of staff to capture any gaps in competences.
- Ensuring staff adhere to the HSE guidance, safety standards and company policies and procedures on Health & Safety at work.
- Ensuring staff adhere to all maintenance procedures, instructions, and engineering standards.
- Ensuring all maintenance documentation is reviewed regularly and kept relevant and upto date as per Engineering department's requirements.
- Perform related duties including High Grade Duty as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
