Scaffolding Supervisor

**About our organisation**:
We are looking for **Scaffolding** **Supervisor **for the **Riyadh Metro rail Projects. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the scaffolding activities on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment.
- Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure stability and structural integrity.
- Train and mentor scaffolding team members on best practices and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan scaffolding requirements.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during scaffolding operations.
- Maintain documentation related to scaffolding activities and safety records

**Qualifications and Skills**
-**:

- Any engineering Degree / Diploma with 5-8 years experience in Scaffolding supervision or execution experience.**:

- **Should have worked in larger projects line Airport/ High rise building / Commercial malls if any**:

- Proven experience as a scaffolding supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with local and international safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Certification in scaffolding or relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.

**Duration of the Project**: 12 months and it will be extendable further.

**Rewards **:Payouts for supervisor positions ranging from **4,000 to 7,000 SAR Per month** with other benefits **shared bachelor's housing, transportation, Mediclaim, and Iqama transfer. Pay shouldn't be a barrier for qualified applicants.**

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
