**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and Process monthly payroll for all types of employees in the organisation
- Observe and supervise internal control procedures for payroll administration in compliance with Nana policies.
- Prepare and execute overtime sheets
- Checking all department timesheets for accuracy before payroll deposit
- Update payroll, and process other People expenses: OT, BT etc
- Check the information in the System and verify the post in the System for Finance Department’s processing payment transactions pertaining to employee payroll, vacation
- related, End of Service Benefit, bank loan, salary loan, and other salary adjustments.
- Analyse and verify approvals for all addition and deduction types to include monthly payroll processing. Verify all payroll-related information for the purpose of ensuring accurate distribution of fund and payroll.
- Review preparation of a variety of payroll related documents for the purpose of documenting activities and issuances, meeting compliance requirements, and providing audit references.
- Liaise with the concerned department or employee to create, update, or verify information in the System pertaining to employee salaries.
- Research for discrepancies in payroll information and/ or documentation (time sheets, leave sheets, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing.
- Ensure appropriate filing and data retrieval systems for a variety of payroll information, files, and records in written and electronic formats for the purpose of providing an up-to-date reference and audit-trail for compliance.
- Inform personnel or bank institutions regarding required documentation and/or procedures for the purpose of conveying information necessary to complete transactions.
- Prepare periodic reports and maintain these reports relative to the unit’s activities and achievements to be submitted to the immediate supervisor.
- Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
- Work with company database programs to process payroll
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Advanced level in HR ERP
- Knowledge in Saudi Labor Law
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills
- Verbal and written communication
- Ability to work with a team
- Knowledge of different types of payroll software
- Knowledge of payroll, garnishments and benefits distribution
- Multitasking abilities
- Good research and analysis skills
