**Position**:
**Business Development Support**: Collaborate with the BD team to identify and pursue opportunities within the landfill and waste sector. This includes market research, client engagement, proposal development, and attending industry events.

**Project Delivery**: Take an active role in the execution and delivery of projects within established timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting to ensure successful project completion.

**Environmental Compliance**: Stay updated on relevant environmental regulations and ensure project activities align with legal requirements and industry standards. Provide guidance on compliance issues and support the development of mitigation strategies.

**Technical Expertise**: Utilise technical expertise to assess environmental impacts, conduct site assessments, and propose sustainable solutions for waste management projects. Provide technical support to project teams as needed.

**Client Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality solutions. Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and maintain regular communication throughout project lifecycles.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and consultants, to achieve project objectives and deliver innovative solutions. Contribute actively to team meetings, discussions, and knowledge sharing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working as a member of a project team to deliver quality services to Clients.
- Reviewing the works of others and ensuring a quality product is delivered to the client.
- The successful individual must be able to work to tight deadlines within a Quality Management System.
- Management of projects within time, cost and quality constraints and standards.
- Champions and promotes professional advice, guidance and support across the business.
- Monitors and manages compliance and KPI's.
- Business development including the preparation of tender submissions. Estimating, pricing and delivering against work targets.
- Management of all work in compliance with Ayesa's Integrated Management System (IMS)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental consulting or related industry, with a focus on landfill and waste management projects.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
