**Responsibilities**:

- Develops, interprets and implements new accounting systems, processes, procedures and enhancements.
- Analyzes the financial feasibility and impact of proposed budget items, investment alternatives and capital or operating programs.
- Prepares highly confidential and technical financial reports and forecasts on cash receipts and disbursements, corporate income, operating plans and expenditures, manpower budgets
- Assists Business / Functional Units in responding to audit recommendations and implementing corrective action.
- Performs analysis, makes recommendations, and prepares letters of response to ad hoc requests involving issues raised by organizations both within and outside the Finance & Investment Division.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in the Oil and Energy industry.
- Fifteen (15) years diversified accounting experience, including three (3) years’ experience at reputable international accounting firms.
- Holder of USA Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Saudi Organization of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) or Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) (only US CPA, UK ACCA and SOCPA are acceptable).
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, forecasting techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality and accuracy.
