Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead Planner **to join our team in Riyadh In this role you will get to work as part of the Project Controls team and will be responsible for implementing a schedule and earned value management across a selection of projects, in coordination with Project Managers and Engineering Leads.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data communicated and reported to all Stakeholders.
- Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides statistical reports.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the functional quality and performance of Project Controls.
- Managing the delivery team in the preparation of baselines during all project phases.
- Managing the delivery team in the creation of a time-phased schedules.
- Managing the delivery team in the preparation, monitoring, and forecasting against the baseline and working schedules during all the project phases.
- Managing the delivery team in the establishment and maintenance of a Basis of Schedule for all schedules produced.
- Managing the delivery team in the preparation of schedule reports, including earned value analysis, identifying critical areas and trends and recommend recovery options/plans.
- Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelors in Engineering or Construction management or in any relevant field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experienced in using Primavera P6.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers
- Must be able to represent Parsons in front of clients in meetings/ presentations.
