**_What You'll Be Doing: _**
- _Prepare regular and ad-hoc progress reports and dashboards with programme analysis and recommendations, addressing program issues to ensure timely project completion, and preparing presentations regarding the work's progress concerning interim and major milestones. _
- _Monitor progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. _
- _Obtain and analyze planning related technical and contractual information and circulate to project disciplines. _
- _Analyze and validate schedule and progress data and provides recommendations to address any gaps or issues. _
- _Review and convey consent to the contractor’s baseline programme of works in line with contract conditions. _
- _Validate sufficiency of assigned resources for timely completion of the project. _
- _Strong foreseeability to identify potential risks / conflicts. _
- _Evaluate and verify planning and scheduling information from the updated programmes, identify potential areas of delay / slippage, highlight the critical events and suggest mitigation measures / corrective actions / robust recovery plan. _
- _Discuss, coordinate, and resolve planning and scheduling problems with the contractor and the client. _
- _Coordinate with the client to finalize the contractor’s programs and reports. _
- _Communicate clearly and conduct presentations to management and liaise effectively with a diverse group of professionals. _
- _Provide reasoned and analytic response to the contractor notices and detailed particulars using programming data, sound planning and reporting practices, and contractual provisions. _
- _Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. _
- **_What Required Skills You'll Bring: _**
- _Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction Management from a recognized institution. _
- _Basic engineering knowledge in the architectural and MEP field will be considered as a plus. _
- _Minimum 8+ years of experience in planning and scheduling on engineering and construction activities. _
- _Pleasant personality, excellent written and oral communications skills. _
- _Potential to perform in a lead capacity. _
- _High level of critical thinking and data analysis skills. _
- _Ability to devise solutions for complex problems and adapt to an agile approach. _
- _Proficient PC skills including Primavera P6, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite. _
- _Successful applicants will have experience in working in the construction of high end buildings coupled with an excellent overall understanding of the construction industry. _
