As well as historic mosques like Masjid Quba, Masjid Al Qiblatain, Masjid Al Jum’ah, Masjid Syed Al Shuhada& Seven Mosques...etc. Close to shopping arcades and a commercial centre. The hotel is just 25 minutes’ drive from Madinah International Airport.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**FINANCIAL RETURNS**:

- Perform tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.
- Recycle where-ever possible and enforce cost saving measures where appropriate.
- Report damages/missing Hotel Properties to superiors.
- Maintains records/reports of inventories.
- Assist in keeping the storage areas clean and in order.

**PEOPLE**:

- Adhere to the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to:

- Bedroom service
- Bathroom service
- Valet service
- Cleaning service
- Linen maintenance
- Abide to changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis
- To do your share as per your capacity in ensuring the success of the Monthly Wheels Action Points in all 4 quadrants.
- Ensures forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to the department in order to maintain set standards and achieve guest satisfaction
- Receives, records, and distributes various reports
- Responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
- Maintains and update administrative data.
- Maintains key control.
- Is multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of Housekeeping.
- Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations and provisions contained in the Employment Handbook.
- Comply with Company Grooming Standards.
- Comply with Time and Attendance Policies.
- Actively participate in training and development programs and maximie opportunities for self-development.
- Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems.

**GUEST EXPERIENCE**:

- Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including:

- Being attentive to Guests.
- Accurately and promptly fulfilling Guests request
- Anticipate Guests needs.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience.
- Demonstrating a ‘service’ attitude.
- Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.

2. Appreciate the dynamic nature of the Hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers.

3. Be updated with the Heartbeat Reports and immediately take the needed actions as required.

4. Management of all incoming and outgoing calls.

5. Perform Room allocateons.

6. Prioritize arrival rooms.

7. Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.

8. Ensure guest valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner.

9. Facilitate all special requests made by guests.

10. Record and maintain lost & found items.

**RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS**:

- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Be Green Engage proactive.
- Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the Line Manager.
- Co-ordinate special projects (eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories).
- To have knowledge of room types, Hotel layouts and facilities.

**What We need from you**:

- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Clerical/Secretarial or a relevant field.
- Fluency in English.
- Local talents only (**Saudi**).
- 2 years experience in an administrative position is preferable.
