**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the execution of ECM transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, and private placements.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation of companies.
- Prepare detailed financial models, including scenario analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of offering documents, prospectuses, and investor presentations.
- Perform market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ECM trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support in marketing efforts, including roadshows and investor meetings.

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in ECM, corporate finance, transaction advisory services (TAS) with a Big Four firm, or experience with small Saudi banks.
- Saudi national is a must.
- Proficient in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
- Comfortable working from the client’s office as needed.
